PD-39P Panel Post Driver

The PD-39P Panel Post Driver ensures fast erection of temporary panel fencing. Because the PD-39P is so light in weight, the operator must pull down on the spring loaded handles to provide the correct weight for driving.

Top Cover:   Alloy steel, treated to remove all mill scale, O-Ring sealed.

Body:   Ductile iron casting, with excellent wear resistant characteristics. 90° air inlet cast into the body.

Piston:   Alloy steel heat treated with a ground surface with hard chrome plate. Designed with 2 round valve ports to give better lubrication and load distribution to the valve ring while running.

Master Chuck:   The 2 1/8" (53.98 mm) I.D. master chuck is of an all welded, reinforced steel and tubing construction. The chuck is equipped with extra long mounting bolt tubes. The handle mounts with three keys, each to insure maximum life, are placed on one side of the chuck to allow the post driver to be easily operated from one side of a panel fence.

Handles:   30 7/8" long, zinc plated handles constructed of steel tubing, with three keyways for maximum life and four springs to help isolate the operator from vibration. HI Tech pre-lubed bushings help to add long life to the handles.

Throttle Valve:   Each unit includes a Rhino Stainless Steel Throttle Valve. The valve is equipped with a lever lock for safety.

Fasteners:   S.A.E.Grade 5 bolts with belleville lock washers. All fasteners are plated.

Air Consumption:   42 CFM (1.19 m3/min) @ 90 PSI (6.4 kg/cm2)
